Well thanks for visiting this blog. I hope the information is informational, inspiring, and supportive. A am a 24 year old housewife and mommy. I am also an RN but not currently working. We have a 2 year old son and I’ll just call him Henry. We recently moved to Minneapolis for my husband to start residency in orthopedics.
My hopes are to create a delicious and nutritious blog. Starting yesterday my goal is to lose 9 lbs- and those last ones are always the tough ones. You will (hopefully) being seeing ever morsel of food I comsume in a day. I also love to exercise… well I hate it right before I’m about it, but miss it on days that I don’t and know it provides so much more energy throughout the day. I’ll also tell you what I did for exercise that day.
First and foremost, I love the Lord. I got the idea to start taking pictures of watch I’m eating and putting it online as a way to be accountable. The bible says we are to be satified, eat our portion, labor hard, and not partake in gluttony.
Please let me know about your journey and if you have any advice for me.
